ITA: Aura torna con il suo primo album ufficiale, The Perfect Wild Insomnia, un titolo che non nasce per caso ma rappresenta la naturale evoluzione di un percorso iniziato con i due mini album WILD e Insomnia. Se quei due progetti erano capitoli distinti — uno dominato dall’istinto, l’altro dalla fragilità notturna — qui convivono, si intrecciano, si completano. “Wild” e “Insomnia” non sono più poli opposti, ma diventano le due anime di uno stesso racconto: l’ardore e l’inquietudine, il fuoco e l’insonnia, la luce e l’ombra. Ad aprire il disco è la title track Still Waiting for You, una confessione emotiva che mette subito a nudo la vulnerabilità del progetto. È il racconto di un’attesa che consuma, di un amore che ha lasciato macerie interiori ma non ha cancellato il desiderio. La voce si muove tra ricordo e consapevolezza, tra ferita e tentativo di ricostruzione. Non è solo la storia di qualcuno che aspetta: è il ritratto di chi sta imparando a respirare di nuovo, anche dentro l’assenza. L’album mescola brani già conosciuti e nuove tracce, creando un ponte tra passato e presente. Restano centrali le dichiarazioni d’intenti di Wild, che parla di un amore vissuto senza filtri e senza paura del giudizio, e la lucidità di Checkmate, dove la metafora della scacchiera diventa simbolo di maturità e presa di potere. Take My Hand racconta la speranza condivisa, la scelta di credere nei sogni anche quando potrebbero essere illusioni, mentre You Must Lose Me segna il momento della rottura definitiva: un atto di autodifesa emotiva, un confine tracciato con fermezza.
