AURORA - Into the Blue (2015)

 

ITA: INTO THE BLUE disco interamente strumentale, nato nel 2015, segna un momento di consapevolezza nel mio percorso creativo. Per la prima volta ho provato a giocare con la mia voce nei brani Breath e nell’Intro – In My Daydream, inserendo alcuni vocalizzi. Pensavo di poter impreziosire l’intero progetto con la mia voce, ma il risultato non mi convinse mai del tutto. Quelle due tracce rimasero così le uniche in cui la mia voce è realmente udibile. È stato in quel momento che ho capito qualcosa di importante: la mia creatività e il potere della mia voce non erano armoniosi. Non riuscivo a esprimere cantando ciò che sentivo davvero. Il titolo dell’album nasce anche da questa presa di coscienza. “Into the Blue” non è solo un’immagine sonora, ma uno stato emotivo. Quel “blue” che ti colpisce all’improvviso: una tristezza profonda, difficile da nominare, ancora più difficile da affrontare. In quel periodo mi sentivo così. Per la prima volta mi ero imbattuta in un mio limite. Into the Blue racconta proprio quei momenti di realizzazione.

ENG: INTO THE BLUE (2015) is an entirely instrumental album that marks a moment of awareness in my creative journey. For the first time, I experimented with my voice in the tracks Breath and Intro – In My Daydream, adding a few vocalizations. I thought I could enrich the entire project with my voice, but the result never fully convinced me. Those two tracks remained the only ones where my voice is truly audible. It was in that moment that I realized something important: my creativity and the power of my voice were not harmonious. I wasn’t able to express through singing what I truly felt. The title of the album also emerged from this realization. “Into the Blue” is not just a sonic image, but an emotional state. That “blue” that hits you suddenly — a deep sadness, difficult to name and even harder to confront. At that time, that was exactly how I felt. For the first time, I had encountered one of my own limits. Into the Blue tells the story of those moments of realization.
