COLLECTION (2026)

ITA: Collection è un album strumentale nato nel 2026 e ha una storia diversa da tutti i lavori precedenti. È un progetto volutamente imperfetto, un mosaico eterogeneo che raccoglie frammenti provenienti da periodi e immaginari differenti. Già la tracklist riflette questa natura: un intreccio disordinato tra titoli in italiano e in inglese. Anche dal punto di vista musicale non è un disco coeso. Molti brani riprendono arrangiamenti e atmosfere costruiti originariamente per altri universi creativi. Eppure, proprio questo “calderone” caotico trova senso nel titolo stesso: Collection. È una raccolta di tutto ciò che, tra il 2024 e il 2026, non aveva trovato spazio altrove. Brani rimasti esclusi da Ultima Vox, pezzi pensati come intro o outro per altri progetti, composizioni nate per dischi diversi ma rimaste in sospeso. Volevo creare uno spazio tutto per loro, renderli finalmente protagonisti. Le tracce provengono da contesti differenti:

1. Into, Metamorfosi, Special Goodbye e Piano Poet nascono nell’universo delle Rorua;
2. Loop, Ritorna, Eri… (Me), Speranza, Ho visto me stessa e Outro appartengono al mini-album Riflesso Inverso;
3.  Aperite Sigillum proviene da Testamento;
4. One More Time, Stars Chasing the Light, I’m Chilling Out e A Hot Summer Afternoon erano invece brani creati con Magix Music Maker nel 2024 che non avevano mai trovato una collocazione definitiva.

Collection non è un disco nato da un unico intento narrativo, ma dalla necessità di dare casa a ciò che era rimasto sospeso. Ad oggi non posso affermare con certezza che sarà il mio ultimo album strumentale, ma è molto probabile. Per anni mi sono espressa attraverso la musica strumentale; ora sento il bisogno di esplorare nuove forme espressive e di spostarmi altrove.

ENG: Collection is an instrumental album released in 2026, and it has a different story from all my previous works. It is a deliberately imperfect project — a heterogeneous mosaic gathering fragments from different periods and creative imaginaries. Even the tracklist reflects this nature: a disordered interplay of titles in Italian and English. From a musical standpoint, it is not a cohesive record. Many of the tracks revisit arrangements and atmospheres originally created for other creative universes. And yet, this very chaotic “melting pot” finds its meaning in the title itself: Collection. It is a compilation of everything that, between 2024 and 2026, had not found a place elsewhere. Tracks left out of Ultima Vox, pieces conceived as intro or outro for other projects, compositions written for different albums but left unfinished. I wanted to create a space entirely for them — to finally make them the protagonists. The tracks come from different contexts:

1. Into, Metamorfosi, Special Goodbye, and Piano Poet originate from the Rorua universe;
2. Loop, Ritorna, Eri… (Me), Speranza, Ho visto me stessa, and Outro belong to the mini-album Riflesso Inverso;
3. Aperite Sigillum comes from Testamento;
4. One More Time, Stars Chasing the Light, I’m Chilling Out, and A Hot Summer Afternoon were created with Magix Music Maker in 2024 but had never found a definitive placement.

Collection was not born from a single narrative intention, but from the need to give a home to what had remained suspended. As of today, I cannot say with certainty that it will be my final instrumental album, but it is very likely. For years, I expressed myself through instrumental music; now I feel the need to explore new forms of expression and move elsewhere.
